Caseificio Rosola has best known how to value its origins made of care and patience by keeping a close eyes on the evolution of the market. The Caseificio is now made up of eight members, who continue to pursue the same goals as their fathers and grandfathers. The ability to combine craftsmanship with new lifestyles and new customer needs characterises our business and our daily commitment to guarantee unique products with an unmistakable taste. It is precisely for this reason that in 2005 we introduced the Bianca Modenese breed. Our aim for the future is to increase our production capacity while continuing to manage independently all stages of the production and distribution chain.
